On May 25th, Artexte will host the final day of the Publishing Sphere event which seeks to question the meanings of the concept of publication in contemporary times.

From May 23 to 25, the Publishing Sphere will bring together, researchers, publishers, authors, artists, designers, commoners, experimental new forms of writing, publishing and publication, with the aim of renewing the public space and its modalities.

May 25 will be dedicated to the presentation of devices, reflections, writings, performances, protocols or architectures, produced by the different working groups during and in advance of the event.


Publishing Sphere is organized by the Canada Research Chair on Digital Textualities, with support from SSHRC, CRIHN, the University of Montreal, Concordia University, Artexte, and SBC Gallery of Contemporary Art.
