Artexte on Tap is an ongoing series at which takes place every two months, providing an occasion to engage in dialogue and share a drink in the library. Guided by specific themes and introduced by Artexte’s librarians and invited guests, a selection of documents will be presented to allow opportunities for discovery and to generate informal conversations about contemporary art and documentation.
We invite you to Artexte on Tap, an evening of discussions in the library over a beer! For this first edition, entitled Harvest, we wish to show our gratitude towards our community by presenting a selection, documents that we’ve acquired over the year from numerous donors in the field of visual arts.
It’s also an occasion to engage in discussion and, to raise questions about issues related to documentation, it’s potential and it’s limits, as well as the way that documentation and access informs the collective memory of an artistic community.
