Continuous broadcast of a sound art work

Let yourself be bewitched by the minimalist charm of the 1976 opera Einstein on the Beach, composed by Philip Glass and directed by Robert Wilson. On this Journée de la Culture 2016, this sound work will be broadcasted in Artexte’s library, which will be transformed for the occasion into a restful listening lounge. A selection of publications on contemporary sound art, pulled from the collection, will be available for consultation during the broadcast.
