This could be your last chance to buy a copy of the increasingly rare Bucky Ball, wrapped in a custom-designed silkscreened poster. Printed in a limited edition of only 50 copies, Bucky Ball collects the initial chapters of a “transtemporal auto-science-fiction” novel, which the author has been developing since 2008. Its story and structure are inspired by the ideas and life of comprehensive design scientist Richard “Bucky” Buckminster Fuller, inventor, amongst other improbabilities, of Expo 67’s geodesic dome, and of an ill-fated teardrop-shaped car, interweaving them with the events of a science-fiction-fuelled youth lived in 1980s montreality.
